Mousse Ingredients:
1 Diet D´Marco Jam jar (220g) (Mulberry or Mango)
150g Fresh Light Cheese without salt
1 spoonful of unflavored gelatin (first dissolved in ½ cup f cold water and then add ½ cup of warm water)
Two lime juice

Ingredients of the vanilla sauce: (reduced in calories)
1 Evaporated Milk can
3 Splenda packages (or any sweetener)
2 egg yolks

Mousse Preparation:
Keep two spoonfuls of Jam to decorate.  Put the remains of the jam on the blender with the cheese, the unflavored gelatin (already dissolved with water) plus the lime juice.
Blend this very well, then pour it on a plastic round or waved baking mold.
Leave it in the fridge until it is set (approximately 2 hours).
8 Portions. 60 Kcal per portion.

Unmolding:
Take it out of the fridge and leave it outside for 10 minutes.
Detach the edges of the mouse and turn it upside down to put it on a tray.
Decorate the surface with the two jam spoonfuls and cover the edges with vanilla sauce.

Vanilla sauce ingredients: (reduced in calories)
Dissolve the egg yolks with some of the milk.
This goes trough the colander, then add to the rest of the milk with Splenda (sweetener).  Take this mixed to the stove, while stirring constantly till it gets thick.
Finally add the vanilla.

1 cup of milk (light)
1 Egg
1 spoonful of melted margarine (the Teflon-coated fry pan, in which will be used later to fry)
1 cup of uncooked flour

Preparation:
Blend the four ingredients, heat the frying pan (no need to add oil), fry pancakes one by one.

Filling:
Diet  D´Marco jam (chosen flavor)
75 Kcal. Per portion

Panqueques

Rice pudding with peach

Ingredients:
1 spoonful of rice
1 cup of water
½  cinnamon stick
A very small amount of clove
1 teaspoon of milk

Preparation:
Boil the water with half of a cinnamon stick and the clove.
Add the rice, and when it is drying include a spoonful of diet D´Marco peach jam.  To finish, pour the milk.
50 Kcal per portion.

2 Spoonfuls of jam (chosen flavor)
1 glass of water
2 ice cubes
Blend.
